Successes

Elemental connects junior issuers seeking growth capital with sophisticated buy side investors seeking investment outperformance. Our sector focus is mining and metals.

Our key advantages are our access to institutional investors, ultra-high net worth individuals, private family offices and endowments; our detailed understanding of the sector including proprietary analysis; and, our ability to create win:win deal structures using a combination of instruments and unorthodox thinking.

Our Process

Our key aim is to match investment opportunities with sophisticated investors seeking investment outperformance.

Every opportunity is different but there are common bases which need to be covered each time. As a registered Exempt Market Dealer, Elemental is required to perform auditable processes to ensure suitability of opportunities with investors. These include Know-Your-Product and Know-Your-Client assessments as well as requiring us to demonstrate an ongoing Duty Of Care to our clients.

Sell Side Process (Issuer Clients)

A

Engagement & Term Sheet

Our initial due diligence helps us to define the working relationship with Elemental and develop a prospectus exempt offering that has the support of the Issuer's Board.
B

Gathering Interest

Presenting the opportunity to Elemental's network can take days to weeks and usually involves face-to-face meetings (old-fashioned but tried and tested).
C

Negotiate & Commitment

Expressions of interest are gathered and converted into offers. This usually involves detailed due diligence and dialogue between the parties and can take weeks to months.

Buy Side Process (Investor Clients)

1

Know Your Client

Elemental takes time to get to know our prospective clients - including their investment goals, preferred investment size and risk appetite.
2

Present The Opportunity

We believe in horses for courses. It means that we don't present every opportunity to every potential investor - only those that fit their criteria.
3

Buy Side Commitment

We work with the Sell Side and Buy Side to facilitate the transaction - from supporting the due diligence process through to finalising deal terms.
